What’s the normal time it takes to arrive?

Well, it depends very much on your location.

If you are in the U.K. it should arrive in between 2 & 3 working days.

If you are in Europe or the U.S. it should be with you in about 5 to 7 working days. So, if it’s longer, we better check what’s delaying it.

If you are in a different part of the world, it will take between 7 & 10 working days to arrive.

What does the tracking link say?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once they’ve shipped, you’ll receive an email which includes a tracking link, along with your order information. From the tracking page, you'll be able to see your estimated delivery date and have the ability to sign up for shipping and delivery notifications.

I’m not sure I gave the correct address…
